Jim Fielding’s extensive management experience is central in supporting Claire’s new phase of strategic growth and international development. His previous industry successes with the Walt Disney Company, Lands’ End and The Gap have groomed Jim into a strong global leader in retail merchandising, account management, operations, franchise development and branding. With over 25 years under his belt, Jim knows consumer goods to the core.

Peter Collyer brings over 30 years of global HR experience to Claire’s, having held various international positions at The Walt Disney Company, including leading human resources for Disney Stores Worldwide. Prior to Disney, Peter held Senior HR roles at Oasis Stores, Yamaichi International and RCI. His global experience includes work in the US, UK, Japan and China.

Bill Hoeller is playing a critical role in the global expansion of Claire's, Inc. tapping into his over 20 years of experience in Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Systems, Logistics, and International within the specialty and department store retail industries. Bill has held prior senior positions with Federated Department Stores, Limited Brands Inc., Levi Strauss and Co., and Destination XL Group, Inc.

A seasoned executive with over 25 years in fashion accessories and jewelry, Chona Ponce brings tremendous experience to the Claire’s team. Prior to joining Claire’s, Chona serviced many fashion and global retailers including The Gap, Esprit, Walmart and JCPenney. Her commitment to the Claire’s Global Sourcing team is evident with nearly two decades of continued service and year over year growth.
Michael Basler joined Claire’s in 2008, bringing with him a wealth of retail and financial expertise. Prior to joining Claire’s, Michael held various financial
leadership positions at both Macy’s and May’s Department Stores. Michael’s mastery of finance and analysis has proven to be invaluable to Claire’s Inc. as the company continues to expand globally. As a result of his unwavering dedication, Michael has enjoyed much success throughout his career in Financial Planning and Analysis, Loss Prevention, Procurement and Compliance.

Rebecca Orand brings over 20 years of international legal expertise to the Claire’s Inc. team. Prior to joining Claire’s, Rebecca was a partner at the Miami Office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, an international law firm where she expertly managed IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, financings, general securities and corporate matters. Rebecca takes the lead on all legal matters pertaining to North America, Europe, China and International (franchise) operations, as well as global legal compliance for merchandise sold in these markets. Rebecca is also a licensed CPA.

Rob Cole brings to Claire’s over 30 years of leadership experience in information technology along with a well-rounded retail background. He spent almost two decades in retail IT at both Lord & Taylor and May Department Stores, and
broadened his expertise with a role at Motorola focused on wireless mobility solutions. Rob has an MA in Accounting and a BA in Economics from The
University of Missouri. He is a CPA and an Eagle Scout.
