Beatrice Lafon brings over 30 years of Pan European retail experience,
underpinned by a tremendous record for achieving results, quickly. She has extensive experience in buying, merchandising, strategy and proposition development, coupled with strong operational and leadership skills. Beatrice’s past experience includes blue chip retailers such as Marks & Spencer, J Sainsbury's (where she launched homebase.co.uk, the first DIY transactional website in the world in 2000), BSkyB, Kingfisher Group and sizeable private businesses such as River Island and Tchibo and Animal.
Melanie brings over 25 years of fashion retail experience and an absolute passion & understanding of the Claire's brand, customers & products. Her past experience includes high profile international retailers such as Top Shop & New Look, and spans marketing, PR, events, buying, merchandising, design and quality assurance.

Per Brodin taps into his 20 years of financial, accounting and management experience with companies such as Centene Corp. and The May Department Stores Co. to drive Claire’s financial growth, global expansion and investor relations. Empowered to manage a top notch financial team in a global business environment, Per has enabled Claire’s position for continued success, future progress and performance.

Colleen Collins has demonstrated true dedication to building the Claire’s and Icing brands. She began her career with Claire’s over 25 years ago. Throughout her exceptional tenure with Claire’s Inc., she has held a variety of demanding positions and has a proven track record of continued growth and success. Colleen’s leadership and depth of knowledge have been instrumental in building the Store Operations group into an exceptional team. She has also ensured her team is poised to support Claire’s and Icing into the future as we continue our international expansion.
SVP, GENERAL MERCHANDISE MANAGER - CLAIRE'S NORTH AMERICA
With nearly 20 years of merchandising experience in Jewelry and Accessories, Laura Denk joined the Claire's NA team in August 2013. Laura previously served for five years as Vice President of Merchandising for Icing, where she delivered sales growth through product innovation and merchandise mix optimization. Before joining Claire's Inc., Laura served in key merchandise leadership roles in Jewelry and Accessories at both Macy's and May Department Stores. Her strong category expertise, forward-thinking merchandise approach, and love of customer positions Laura well as a key member of the Claire's leadership team.
SVP, DIGITAL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
David is an eCommerce, IT and multi-channel expert with over 20 years’ experience in multi-channel retailing. He has held senior leadership roles at some of Europe's leading companies including Shop Direct, Littlewoods, GUS Plc, JJB Sports and TJ Hughes. With an exceptional track record of leading high performing teams to achieve sustained profitable growth. His experience includes building successful teams across eCommerce, IT, contact centres, design & creative, development, programme management and strategy.

Carl has over 27 years retail experience with high street fashion brands. He has a breadth of operational field experience matched with notable senior head office positions with responsibility for pan-european and international operations. Before joining Claire’s 14 years ago, Carl worked for New Look and held several senior customer-facing roles. Carl has a proven track record in the retail industry from taking a brand into a new country to building exceptional teams to deliver outstanding results, principally sales growth and EBITDA.

Joel Herman is a trendsetter. Currently he leads the Icing team for Claire’s Inc. as they develop and elevate the brand in the global retail environment. He brings an esteemed career history with him, having served as President for Ferrari Stores, SVP for May Company and SVP for Chanel. With his eye for style, Joel is well positioned to relaunch the Icing Stores and will ensure the brand continues to expand and reach new levels of success.
Bill Hoeller is playing a critical role in the global expansion of Claire's, Inc. tapping into his over 20 years of experience in Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Systems, Logistics, and International within the specialty and department store retail industries. Bill has held prior senior positions with Federated Department Stores, Limited Brands Inc., Levi Strauss and Co., and Destination XL Group, Inc.

With over 25 years in multi-channel retailing, Shena MacDonald brings to Claire’s a proven track record of exceptional operations performance and profitability. Her career spans across a number of significant public and private blue chip companies including GUS Plc, Safeway Plc, J Sainsbury Plc, Storehouse Plc, Next Plc, and Tesco Plc. Her creative leadership inspires teams and she has been recognized through industry awards and has twice been nominated for “Women of the Year.”

SVP, GENERAL COUNSEL, QUALITY ASSURANCE & SECRETARY
Rebecca Orand brings over 20 years of international legal expertise to the Claire’s Inc. team. Prior to joining Claire’s, Rebecca was a partner at the Miami Office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, an international law firm where she expertly managed IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, financings, general securities and corporate matters. Rebecca takes the lead on all legal matters pertaining to North America, Europe, China and International (franchise) operations, as well as global legal compliance for merchandise sold in these markets. Rebecca is also a licensed CPA.
SVP, MANAGING DIRECTOR RSI INTERNATIONAL
A seasoned executive with over 25 years in fashion accessories and jewelry, Chona Ponce brings tremendous experience to the Claire’s team. Prior to joining Claire’s, Chona serviced many fashion and global retailers including The Gap, Esprit, Walmart and JCPenney. Her commitment to the Claire’s Global Sourcing team is evident with nearly two decades of continued service and year over year growth.
EVP, MERCHANDISING & SUPPLY CHAIN
With nearly 30 years of experience, Adrian Porteous brings to Claire’s both an international edge and tremendous expertise. Prior to Claire’s he held an advisory role at Miss Etam Groep (Netherlands) and a role as Merchandising Director at Karstadt (Germany) where he mastered his specialty in inventory rationalism, margin enhancement and strategic planning and trading.
SVP, HUMAN RESOURCES
Nikki Rolph has 20 years Human Resources experience with blue chip retailers and financial service providers. She started her career with HSBC in Hong Kong and Europe and later moved into the retail industry by joining A.S. Watson Group. Nikki has held various senior HR positions within the group including Superdrug and Watson stores, with responsibility spanning China, Asia Pacific, Russia and Europe. Before leaving AS Watson group Nikki was the EU Human Resources Director for Marionnaud a luxury perfumery with 1500 retail outlets across 16 markets. Nikki is a proven HR leader and plays a key role in driving Claire’s organisational priorities and implementing best-in-class HR Solutions.
